First Aid Shot Therapy Review.

I received this product complimentary in the Surf’sUp VoxBox from Influenster for testing purposes.

As soon as I opened the box and saw the product, I was skeptical. A “shot” that can help relieve headaches, menstrual pain, minor arthritis pain, muscle pain, etc? I wanted to make sure I waited to test this product when I had a severe enough headache. I ended up using it yesterday for a headache, menstrual cramps, and lower back pain. The taste was awful (berry flavor). But, I figured if it really helped with the pain, I could get past the bad taste. Well, 3 hours later I still suffered all of the same ailments.. and my headache was getting worse. I finally gave in and took an 800mg Ibuprofen, which kicked in about 30 minutes later and started to alleviate the pain.

I read many of the 5 star reviews on Amazon for this product and it seems like it has worked for others. Maybe I’m the exception? Maybe my pain requires stronger medication? I do have a tumor in my uterus and cysts on my ovaries (menstrual pain).. And I hurt my back at work a few years ago, so when I work out, my lower back becomes very sore after. Who knows?

Active ingredients include: choline salicylate and caffeine.
Inactive ingredients include: citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, purified water, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, and sucralose.

It’s not recommended that you take this shot after consuming caffeine because the shot itself contains caffeine.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based off of my experience. But, if you’re interested in reading the reviews on Amazon, click here. I’ll stick to my Ibuprofen and heating pad when I’m in pain.
