Meal prepping.

A few weeks ago my husband and I started the ketogenic diet but became very lazy this past week, so we’re hopping back on the keto bandwagon today.  I have a couple of quick and easy recipes/meals to share with you that I prepped last night which will last us the next 3 days.  The first one is bacon wrapped scrambled egg bites.  This recipe is very simple and only calls for a few ingredients.


What you need..
Muffin tin
8 large eggs
Bacon of your choice (about 6-8 slices)
Shredded cheese
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Splash of milk
Tomato and green onion (you can use whatever veggies you’d like)
Nonstick spray
